Head of Brand and Communications at Design Matters.
I'm an interdisciplinary content designer, I curate talks, workshops, and speakers, and I organise international design events.
THINGS I CARE ABOUT
Gender equality, LGBTQ+ rights, representation, sustainability, language and cultural preservation.
I'm also multilingual, an extreme tea drinker, obsessed with frogs, memeing my way through life.
Based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Content and Speaker Curation
I research relevant and emerging topics, select and recruit speakers for the talks and workshops that are part of the Design Matters events, and ensure the quality and relevance of talks through a series of meetings and check-ins with the future speakers.
On top of curating the talks, workshops, and other activities, my role also entails brainstorming and deciding upon the themes of each conference, together with my team and a committee of international designers.
Learn how to build a successful and long-lasting relationship with me
From descriptive texts to button copy, and from photo editing to working with colour palettes and fonts, I've shaped the brand identities of a plethora of websites, newsletters, and documentation.
Event Planning and Webinar Hosting
Together with the co-founder of Design Matters, I organise design conferences in Copenhagen, Tokyo, and online. This role sees me planning, managing people, recruiting speakers, setting the communication strategy around each event, doing PR during the events, as well as hosting webinars.

I've shaped the brand identity and content strategy of Design Matters. My work also includes designing the content and visuals of posts, video making/editing, and writing captions.
Articles and Interviews
I have written more than a hundred pieces and interview articles about design, tech, and culture. Some of my pieces have also been translated to Japanese.
I'm an avid reader of Anthropology and History books, so I turned my favourite historical and mythological figures into frogs using AI.

Have you ever taken a closer look at women's magazine covers? If so, have you ever noticed how clichéd and objectifying they can be? I made my own, more realistic and relatable covers - with a hint of sarcasm.
