Content Curation and Speaker Recruitment
I research topics and possible speakers, select and recruit speakers for the talks and workshops that are part of the Design Matters events, and ensure the quality and relevance of talks through a series of meetings with the future speakers.
On top of curating the talks, workshops, and other activities, my role also entails brainstorming and deciding upon the themes of each conference, together with my team and a committee of international designers.
